I've seen the sites of Singapore while on foot. But a few days ago, I decided it was time to get a bird's eye view of the city-state. The best way to do that? Take a smooth, half-hour ride on the Singapore Flyer -- an observation wheel that measures 165 meters, or 541 feet, in height.
